“ I read another review that said the Lima soup and the Sikil Paak were unforgettable. This review was correct. Hands down the most unique dishes I’ve ever tasted. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, authentic restaurant stop here. Service was friendly and the drinks were handcrafted. Agave fields forever and Mayan blood were the best drinks. I will be thinking about this food for the next two years..... ”
“ My second time eating here, I wandered in on a random night in 2023 and spent the next two years thinking about the sikil paak and lime soup... if you are in Cozumel you need to try this place. Skip the tourist spots and have some amazing Mayan food. Alex our server was very friendly and helpful, and made the sikil paak table side for us! Drinks are delicious and they have so many non alcoholic options and coffee too! I’m so happy I went back for a second time to have my favorite soup again! Until next time ix kool! ”

Watch the info video explaining the foods and how they are made. Best meal in 20 days of travelling Mexico. The guacamole was prepared in front of us at the table. After watching the video, I also had Mexican Cornbread dessert with home made coconut ice cream. ”

Learn a little about the people and history of the region and enjoy some really well-done food. Even though we showed up late after a night dive, the staff was more than happy to take care of us. The handmade corn tortillas are authentically made. The Cochanita Pibil was so crispy while the slow-roasted pork was so juicy. We finished the evening with a traditional coconut cream.
